CATERING ORDER CONSIDERATIONS

  • We kindly request pre-orders at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

RUSH ORDERS

We realize that events/orders can come up quickly and unexpectedly and therefore we want to make sure you are aware of how we handle late orders. We will always do our best to make you look good when these timely situations arise.  Give us a call as soon as possible regarding your last minute order so we can understand your catering needs and find fast solutions. CURBSIDE PICK UP

  • Park in one of four dedicated parking spaces on Whitehall Rd. Call upon arrival and your order will be brought to your car.
  • No order minimum, unless otherwise indicated.

CONTACTLESS DELIVERY

  • Available within 30 minutes of Towaco. Your order will be left at your door at the pre-arranged time.
  • Minimum order of $500.

DELIVERY WITH SET UP SERVICE  $300

  • Set up is available for delivery orders, within 30 minutes of Towaco.
  • Subject to availability.
  • All menu items will be delivered and set up buffet style by Rails staff. Hot dishes will be set up in wire chafing dishes which will be lit before departure to keep items warm.
  • For your safety and ours, staff will depart once the setup is complete and will not provide service to guests during the event. Guests are responsible for all cleanup and breakdown.
  • Minimum order of $500.


HOT FOODS

  • Hot orders are packaged in high-quality, disposable aluminum trays.
  • Hot food that is served without a heat source should be consumed or discarded within 4 hours of heating.
