About: Rails Steakhouse opened in 2015 and is a classic modern American steakhouse offering the finest and carefully selected USDA Prime, Wagyu and CAB corn-fed beef, dry-aged a minimum of 28 days on-premise and hand-cut daily by our butchers. Rails also offers contemporary and flavorful dishes, including sustainable fresh seafood, and homemade desserts.

Restaurant Features: Attention to detail can be seen in this beautiful 20,000 square foot 3-story, timber framed restaurant where dramatic interiors meets natural stonewalls, accents of glass showcase fire-and-water features in this luxe lodge. While all levels feature the same menu, the main dining room has a more sophisticated ambiance, Rafters on the second floor has a more casual lodge appeal. Descend to our lower level and find the secret passage that takes you to our wine cave, dry-aging room and Thirty 3, a dimly lit speakeasy-style bar serving handcrafted prohibition-style cocktails. Dine al fresco on the outdoor Trackside or Vista Terraces offering spectacular views of the Pyramid Mountains.

Events and Catering: Three terraces, three levels, accommodate a range of party sizes for business meetings, luncheons, cocktail receptions, and dinner events. Including the Mosaic Room, so named for the intricate mosaic floor fashioned from trees felled by Superstorm Sandy. Full restaurant buy-out options are also available. Whether hosting a small social gathering or large business function, Rails Steakhouse can tailor events and menus suitable for various budgets and occasions. In addition to onsite events, Rails also offers off-premise catering.
