Overview
Rails Steakhouse opened in 2015 and has become a destination in Morris County for dining, private events, and celebrations.
At the center of the experience is an in-house butcher and dry-aging program, where USDA Prime, Wagyu, and Certified Angus Beef are dry-aged on premise for a minimum of 28 days and hand-cut daily.
The menu also features fresh seafood, seasonal dishes, and house-made desserts, supported by an award-recognized wine program.
The Restaurant
Rails is a 20,000-square-foot, three-level restaurant designed as a series of distinct spaces.
The Main Dining Room offers a more refined setting, while Rafters Lounge provides a more relaxed atmosphere. The lower level includes the Wine Cave, dry-aging room, and Thirty3, a speakeasy-style bar. Outdoor dining is available on the Trackside and Vista Terraces, overlooking the surrounding landscape.
Private Events & Catering
Three terraces, three levels, accommodate a range of party sizes for business meetings, luncheons, cocktail receptions, and dinner events. Including the Mosaic Room, so named for the intricate mosaic floor fashioned from trees felled by Superstorm Sandy.
Full restaurant buy-out options are also available. Whether hosting a small social gathering or large business function, Rails Steakhouse can tailor events and menus suitable for various budgets and occasions.
In addition to onsite events, Rails also offers off-premise catering.
