Arthur was first introduced to the restaurant industry as a student at Berkley College. Realizing his passion Arthur enrolled at the French Culinary Institute where he studied wine under the renowned Master Sommelier Andrea Immer.
After graduating, Arthur accepted a management position at Ck’s Steakhouse in the Renaissance Hotel. With Owner Charles Klatskin, Arthur created an Award Winning Wine Spectator wine list with over 500 selections and 5000 bottles in inventory. Arthur was soon promoted to Director of Restaurant Operations and was in charge of all five Food & Beverage outlets.
After spending six years at the Renaissance, Arthur took his talents to New York City where he worked at Soho Grand and Tribeca Grand. Arthur then went back to his true passion and took the General manager position at one of New York’s most prestigious eateries, Uncle Jacks Steakhouse where he developed an Award winning wine list with Wine Director David Gadlin.
At Rails Steakhouse, General Manager Arthur Giron will bring this superior level of service along with his passion for hospitality to Towaco.
